Who we are

Built on global scaling experience and a deep connection to Israel

Vector Growth Partners was founded by Rob Levy, a senior software executive and advisor with deep experience helping technology companies scale leadership, execution, and growth.

Vector brings together Israeli and international experience, a global operating perspective, and a close connection to Israel’s technology ecosystem. We understand the strengths that make Israeli companies exceptional — and the practical changes required to compete, lead, and grow in global markets.

Rob created Vector to support Israeli technology companies at a critical stage in their development: after early product-market fit, when the challenge shifts from proving the product to building the leadership, operating discipline, and global capabilities required for durable scale.
